Internet Orders

Use our built in shopping cart to order items on this site. Please note: The price the shopping cart gives you is not final. We discount bulk orders. Because of the complexity of some orders (many different types of items) we may discount your order manually. You will receive a personal e-mail with the final price and shipping confirmation. We will not sell or give away your information to other parties. All recieved credit card numbers are secured behind our SSL secure server to ensure the highest security. The information you give us is strictly confidential and is not shared with any other party.

You may check on the status of your order by logging in to your account.
The "Processing" status means that your order has been successfully received and is being made ready for shipment. The processing stage will usually take 1-3 business days depending on the order. If you would like a personal update on the order make no hesitation to e-mail us and we will give you a prompt, personalized response.
The "Delivered" status means your order has been finalized and has been shipped out. We will note any pricing adjustments here.

If you live in the Chicago area, feel free to call us and set up an appointment. But please be aware that we are NOT a storefront, you must make an appointment.

Fax or E-mail Orders

If you are faxing please print out your shopping cart contents and fax it to us. If you wish to order by e-mail (our integrated internet system is more secure) please follow the mailing instructions, but instead of printing the page, copy it and paste it in your e-mail with the credit card information.

Team and Volume Pricing

Some volume pricing is available through the website but is limited to singlets and headgear. Some unique orders for these items may not be available online, in this case call us. Team and volume pricing is available on many items. If you don't see discounts on our site for items you want, call us for a quote or to receive a full team packet with catalogs and special pricing. Payment must be made by team check or school purchase order for special volume pricing.

 

Exchange and Return Policy

1. Custom Orders are not refundable.
2. Will not accept used, worn, or soiled items returned.
3. Any defective, incorrect, or unwanted items may be returned within 60 days of purchase.
4. Send address, name of purchaser, and approximate order date.
5. State reason for return and action desired.
6. Pack items securely in original package and ship UPS or insured Parcel Post.
7. No returns will be accepted COD or freight collect.
8. We will refund your cost of returning defective or incorrect shipments.
9. You must cover cost of unwanted items.
10. Credit card orders will be refunded by crediting your card number. Checks and money orders will be refunded by our company check.
